National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow in Chemical Catalysis & PhD Candidate in Organic Chemistry at UC Davis

Originally from Illinois, I moved to Portland, Oregon, in 2017 to study Chemistry at Reed College. I wrote my B.A. thesis on condensed phase studies of biogenic volatile organic chemicals and graduated in June 2021.

In October 2021, I began my PhD Studies at UC Davis and received the NSF GRFP Award in Spring 2023. In April 2023, I joined the Franz Lab and began my current research on organosilanol ligands in asymmetric catalysis.
